For tickets purchased on our website ( or through our mobile app, you can request an automated refund up to 30 minutes before the printed showtime on the ticket/confirmation. You can request this refund through the refund link in your confirmation email. Convenience/booking fees are non-refundable.

A refund of your order, in most cases, returns the cost of your ticket(s) back to your original payment method (e.g. credit card, PayPal, debit card), except for the convenience fee. Our tickets include a non-refundable convenience fee so that we can continue to enhance and provide our GQT moviegoers with a premium experience.

Submissions after the time of the show has passed are ineligible for a refund. If you have an emergency or situation that did not allow you to submit in a timely manner, you can reach out via our 'contact us' form or email for more assistance.

If you are in need of an immediate response for a swap, you can stop by the theater 30 mins or more prior to the desired showtime and we can swap those in person for you.
