Thank you for choosing GQT Movies to experience the ERAS Tour in theaters! The following below are helpful tips to know before you go to this epic, once-in-a-lifetime concert film experience.

1. Tickets are non-refundable.
2. Taylor Swift Eras attire and apparel are strongly encouraged! Masks (except for standard face masks used explicitly for health and safety reasons) are not permitted.
3. We encourage dancing and singing throughout this concert film event, but please do not dance on our seats or block other guests from viewing, safely walking the aisles or exiting the auditorium.
4. Feel free to take selfies and group photos during the event, but you may not record the concert film on our big screen. Be mindful of those around you when taking pictures as well.
5. Totally enjoy yourself, but please be respectful of other guests enjoying the concert film or other movies in nearby auditoriums
6. The approximate runtime is 2 hours and 45 minutes, plus an additional 10-15 extra minutes for pre-show and trailers before the concert film starts.
7. Outside food and drinks are not allowed.
8. Finally, no passes, exchange tickets, or discount tickets may be used. (this includes VIP passes).
